A Representation from the Inhabitants of the parish of
St Sepulchre in this County being laid before the Court as follows
Vizt.
and the same being Read and Considered Resolved That this
Court have no power to interfere in the matters contained in the sd.
Petition, and that the Clerk of the peace do Communicate this
resolution to David Dear< no role > Esquire the Chairman of the Meeting of
the said Inhabitants

The Sheriff of this County attended and laid before this Court
Six several Writs of capias as Sicks faciendum for Damages recovered
against the Inhabitants of the Hundred of ossulston in this County
amounting in the whole to Lyby and the Court having considered the
same Ordered That it be recommended to William Mainwaring< no role >
Esquire Chairman of the Session and The Reverend Sir George Booth< no role >
Baronet to make a Rate upon the several Inhabitants of the said
Hundred for payment of the said Sum of Lyby and also for Paymt.
of the several the Sums which have been heretofore lately recovered
against the Inhabitant of the said Hundred and ordered at different Sessions to be
paid by the County Treasurer (on account of the smallness of the
Sums) out of the County Rate

The County Treasurer attended and saidthe following Memorial
before this Court Vizt. A Memorial respecting the Militia Laws with the opinion of
Counsel thereon and the same being Road and the County Treasurer having Stated his
Sentiments respecting the same more fully to the Court Resolved that
the Consideration of the said Memorial be postponed 'till the County
Day of the next Session' of the peace to be holden for this County
