the General Concerns of the prisons belonging to this County and

such Committee and that they do meet and adjourn at Pleased and from time to time Report their Proceeding to this Court

Resolved That it be an Instruction to the said Committee
to Enquire how far the Rules and Orders for the Management of
the New House of Correction , have been observed, and are formed
