To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session of the peace assembled.

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
Finchley in the said County

Sheweth


That by an Order or pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of William Bleamire< no role > and Aaron Graham< no role >
Esquire two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace in and
for the said County of Middlesex (one whereof is of the
Quorum) bearing date the ninth day of November
last Whereby Richard Smith< no role > together with his lawful
Wife and five Children born in lawful Wedlock to with
Richard< no role > aged Seventeen Years, Thomas< no role > aged seven Years
Eleanor< no role > aged Three Years, and upwards Elizabeth< no role > aged
Three Years and Joseph< no role > aged Fourteen Weeks were removed
and conveyed from and out of the parish of Fryer Barne
in the said County to the said parish of Finchley as
the place of their last legal Settlement

Your petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the said order appeal to your Worship against the
same and request that the benefit of their said Appeal
