To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the
County of Middlesex in their present General Quarter Session
of the peace assembled.

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of that part of the parish of St. Andrew Holborn
which lies above the Bars in the said County.

Sheweth


That by an Order or pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals
of Richard Clark< no role > and Aaron Graham< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace in and for the said County of Middlesex (one
where of is the Quorum) bearing date the 30th day of December last
Sarah Ward< no role > was removed and conveyed from and out of the parish
of St James Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex to the said part
of the said parish of St. Andrew Holborn as the place of her last legal
Settlement

Your petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the sd.
Order of the said two Justices appeal to your Worships therefrom
and humbly pray that you will be pleased to hear them
in the premises and order that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. James Clerkenwell
may appear before you on a certain day to be appointed
to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of
your Worships touching the said Appeal
