The Humble Petition and appeal of the overseers
of the Poor of the precinct of St. Catherine in
the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant or order under the Hands
and seals of I. Floud Esqr. and r. Colquhoun Esqr. two of
His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex bearing date the sixteenth day of October inst.
Mary Stevenson< no role > wife of Robert page Stevenson< no role > (now at
sea) and her two children lawful issue nemaly Elizabeth< no role >
aged three Years and upwards, and Hannah page< no role > aged
two years were removed from the parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex to the said Precinct
of St. Catherine as the place of their last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners Conceiving themselves
aggreived by the said Warrant or order Do
Humbly appeal against the same and pray
that your Worships will be pleased to
appoint a Day in the next General Session
that all parties concerned may attend to hear
and abide the Judgment Determination of
this Court touching the said Appeal

and your Petitioners shall
over pray Etc.
