John Hall< no role > of Tottenham Court Road in the County
of Middlesex Builder Voluntarily Maketh oath and
Saith That he this Deponent is very well acquaint
with the Defendant Robert Mc Intosh and
Also witter Robert Buckey< no role > the prosecutor, and that some
few Weeks after the Indictment was found against
the said Robert Mc. Intosh this Deponent was in
Company with the said Robert Buckey< no role > at the
Adam and Eve in Tottenham Court Road and in a
Conversation which this Deponent had with the
said Robert Buckey< no role > [..] the said Robert Buckey
Declared to this Deponent That he the said Robert
Buckey Struck the said Robert Mc Intosh first
and made him Stagger or words to that or the like
Effect and that afterwards the said Robert Mc Intosh
Seized the said Robert Buckey's Stick out of his hand
and beat him with it and this Deponent Saith
he was subponed to give Evidence upon the said
Indictment on behalf of the Defendant which he
Intended do, and attended two Days for that purpose And
this Deponent would, have also attended as was his Intention
on the day of tryal but was prevented
