of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saith that he was-
present on the twenty fourth day of October Instant and did then
the withinnamed Joseph Vollam< no role > the Prosecutor above named Sign
seal and as his Act and deed deliver the within Release and that
the name J Vollam signed thereto is of the Proper hand writing of the
above named Prosecutor and the name Jno Robinson Subscribed as
a Witness thereto is of the Proper hand writing of him this Deponent
