Saint Andrew Holborn in the County of
Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath that he was
personally present on the twenty first Day of
October Instant and did see Margaret Keeffe< no role >
and Patrick Keeffe< no role > duly execute the within
Deed And this Deponent further saith that
the Marks subscribed thereto are the proper
Hand Marks of the said Patrick Keeffe< no role > and
Margaret Keeffe respectively And also that
the Names George Trotter< no role > and John Taylor< no role >
also set and subscribed thereto as the Parties
Atterting the Execution of the said Deed are
the proper Names and of the respective Hand
