in the County of Middlesex Yeoman maketh oath and saith
that he this Deponent was present on the Seventeenth day of
October instant and did see Edmund Welsh< no role > of the Parish of Saint
Giles in the fields in the County of Middlesex Labourer
sign and seal and in due form of law execute and deliver the
general release to Michael Bordier< no role > of the parish of Saint Marylebone
in the County of Middlesex labourer and Jane< no role > his Wife Louis Bordier< no role >
of the same Parish labourer and Richard Shaw< no role > of the Parish of Saint
Pancras in the County of Middlesex labourer which is hereunto
annexed And this Deponent further saith that the name
of Edmund Welsh subscribed to the said annexed general Release
is the Proper hand writing of the said Edmund Welsh< no role > and the
name of Joseph Whiteman< no role > set as the Subscribing witness
to the said general release is the proper hand writing of this
Deponent.
