Thomas Price< no role > of Stephen Street Rathbone Place
in the County of Middlesex Gentleman the
Prosecution and James Bridges< no role > of the same Place
Gentleman severally make Oath and say and
first this deponent Thomas Price< no role > for himself
saith That on Wednesday the Twenty ninth
day of July last the defendant did Violently
Assault this deponent and severely cut him
this Deponent in his face and bruised him
in several part of his Body so that he this
deponent was obliged to employed Surgeonal
a great expence to his deponent to cure him
of the said Wound and bruises And this de
honest further saith that the said Defendant
has several times since threatend the wife of
Safely proceed in his business And this depo
nent James Bridges< no role > for himself saith that
he did on the Twenty ninth day of july last
see the defendant violently assault the de
ponent Thomas Peirce and that the said
Thomas Peirce< no role > was severely wounded in
the Face and busied in several Parts of his
Body.
