MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Twenty first Day of May-in the
Thirty fifthYear of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

Whereas Henry Bullock< no role > Esqr. Hath at this present Session Exhibited his petition
and Appeal setting forth That by a Summons under the Hand and Seal of John Spiller< no role >
Esquire on of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid bearing date the
Eleventh day of April last stating on Information made John Ramsden< no role > against
the petitioner for permiting Thomas Fennell< no role > to pass with a Saddle Horse on the Thirty
first of March last through the private grounds of the Petitioner by which the said
Thomas Fennell< no role > avoided paying the Toll of the Turnpike Gate of Colnbrook against the form
of the Statute & That the Petitioner in obedience to this Summons attended at the House of
the said John Spiller< no role > Esquire on the Seventeenth day of the said Month of April and had been
Convicted in the Penalty of Twenty shillings: whereby the Petitioner conceived himself-aggrieved
Whereupon at the request of the said Petitioner It is Order that the benefit of his said
Appeal should be saved unto Rim and the hearing and determining thereof be and the same is
hereby adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to he holden for this
County and on notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the said John Spiller< no role > he
and all persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid on Thursday
the Second day of July next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day hear
and abide the Judgment and determination of the said Court touching the said appeal
