The within return was deliver'd by the Church
-wardens and Overseers of the Poor within
mentioned, to Us Two of His Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the Said County acting within
the said Division at a Petty Sessions held
for the Said Division this Day, and We
Do hereby Order that the Same be diliver'd
to the Clerk of the Peace for the said County
