MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the said
County, () on Monday
the Sixteenth Day of February
in the Thirty Fifth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, Etc. Before William Mainwaring< no role > , William
Bleamire
< no role > , Rupert Clarke< no role > , Hammond Crosse< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said
Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid; and also to bear and determine divers
Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours com-
mitted in the Same County.

WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Bridget
otherwise Brides in the City of London Did at the last General Quarter Session
held in and for this County Exhibit their Petition and Appeal setting forth That
Hannah Unwin< no role > was by Order or Pass Warrant dated the Second day of January
One Thousand Seven hundred and ninety five under the Hands and Seals of A.
Graham and R. Clark two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint James at
Clerkenwell in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Bridget
otherwise Bride London aforesaid as the place of her East settlement, whereby
Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved, which said Appeal stood duly
adjourned until this Session

NOW, upon hearing the said Appeal, and what hath been alledged by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parishes, their Counsel and Witness in
and concerning the Premises, IT IS ORDERED, that the said Appeal be, and the same is
hereby allowed, and the said Order of the said two Justices is hereby vacated and set aside;
and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Bridget otherwise Brides do forthwith convey and
deliver back the said Hannah Unwin< no role >
(together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell who are hereby required to
receive and provide for the said Hannah Unwin< no role >
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due Course of Law.
