OFFICE OF CLERK OF THE PEACE,
Session House, Clerkenwell Green ,
5th October, 1795.

You were bound for the appearance of Hannah Turner< no role >
at January
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, who not
appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeite; and will be
estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence Execution
will proceed for the levying 10 Pounds on Your Goods
and Chattels unless care be taken to stop Proceedings, by an
Application for a Respite at the Session, which will be held
at the Session-House aforesaid on MONDAY, the Twenty
Sixth Day of October Instant.


Be there between the Hours of Ten and
Three, and bring this Letter with you,
or apply at my Office in the mean time.
