To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session
of the Peace for the said County assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Richmond in the County of Surrey

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the hands and seals of John Staples< no role > Esqr and
Herbert Mayo< no role > doctor in Divinity Esquires two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex bearmis date
the 5th. Day of December 1794 Ann Watts< no role > as
Singlewoman was removed and conveyed from and
out of the Parish of Saint John of Wapping in the
County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Richmond
as the Place of her last legal Settlement Whereby
your Petitioners conceive themselves agrieved

Your Petitioners therefore
Humbly Appeal to this Court against
the adjudication or the said two Justices
and their said Order and pray that
your Worships will be pleased to
appoint a day to hear and determine the said
appeal

And your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc
