For an Assault

Samuel Harding< no role > of Upper Rathbone place in the
parish of Saint Pancras in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman maketh Oath and Saith That on the thirty first day
of March last past he this Deponent was present and did See
the above named Defendant Richard Rich< no role > Sign and Subscribe his
hand and Name to two parts of the Notice hereto annexed And
that the Name Richd. Rich so subscribed to each of such Notices
is of the proper hand Writing of the said Richard Rich< no role > And that
the Name Samuel Harding< no role > set and subscribed at the Foot of the said
two several Notices as the Party Witnessing the signing of the same
is of this Deponents own proper hand Writing And this Deponent
further Saith That on the Second day of April last past he this
deponent did personally serve the above named Prosecutor John Barnings
with a true Copy of the said annexed Notice so subscribed as aforesaid
by the said Richard Rich< no role > by delivering the same to and leaving it
with the said John Barnings at his House in Alsops Buildings
Mary bone in the said County of Middlesex
