The humble Petition of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Olave Silver
Street in the City of London

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order of Removal bearing date the
25th day of October 1794 under the hands and Seals of R. Davies Esqr,
and H. Reynett Esqr. [..] two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the County of Middlesex John Holbird< no role > his Wife
Elizabeth< no role > and their two Children namely Elizabeth< no role > aged five
Years and John< no role > aged two Years were removed from the Parish
of St. Botolph without Aldgate in the sd. County of Middlesex
to the sd. Parish of St. Olave Silver Street as their last legal
Settlement whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves Aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Appeal agt the sd. Order of Removal
and pray Your Worships will be pleased
to appoint some day in the present Session
for the hearing and determining thereof

And your Petitioners will ever Pray
