MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the said
County,() on Monday
the First Day of December
in the Thirty Fifth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, Etc. Before William Mainwaring< no role >
William Bleamire< no role > , Hammond Crosse< no role > , John Hole< no role >
Esquire , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said
Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid; and also to hear and determine divers
Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours com-
mitted in the same County.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary
lebone Did at the last General Quarter Session of the Peace held in and for the
said County Exhibit their Petition and Appeal setting forth That by virtue of
an Order or pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of I Floud and
Edwd Naish< no role > Esquires two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
said County (One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the Eleventh
day of August 1794 Hannah Totham< no role > Singlewoman was removed and
Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County
of Middlesex and Liberty of Westminster to the said Parish of Saint Mary
lebone as the Place of her last legal Settlement whereby the Petitioners
conceived themselves aggrieved which said Appeal Stood duly adjourned till this
Session

NOW, upon hearing the said Appeal, and what hath been alledged by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parishes, their Counsel and Witness in
and concerning the Premises, IT IS ORDERED, that the said Appeal be, and the same is
hereby allowed, and the said Order of the said two Justices is hereby vacated and set aside;
and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Mary le bone do forthwith convey and
deliver back the said Hannah Tatham< no role >
(together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Clement Danes Who are hereby required to
receive and provide for the said Hannah Tatham< no role >
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due Course of Law.
