On the Prosecution of John Tovey< no role > for an assault

John Asburton< no role > of Church Lane Chelsea in the
County of Middlesex Bricklayer Maketh Oath and Saith
that he was bound for the appearance of the above
Named Defendant John Atkinson< no role > late of Brompton
in the said County Yardner at June Session last
who not appearing to take his Tayal on an
Indictment Preferred against him by the above
Prosecutor John Tovey< no role > for an assault this deponents
Recoginzance, as he hath been informed and
verily believes is become forfeited And this
Deponent saith he has lately made every inquiry
after the said John Atkinson< no role > at his late
residence and among his friends and Relations
who informed this Deponent that he had gone
into the County and proposed returning in
the course of a Month, this Deponent in
consequence of such information left with such
Friends and Relations letters for the said John
Alkinson
< no role > informing him of this Deponents
situation, when he received an Answer that
