the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex
in their General Session of th Peace assembled

The humble Petition of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary
Lambeth in the County of Surrey

Sheweth

That by an order under the Hands and Seals of two
of his Majesty's Justices of the peace acting in and for the
City and Liberty of Westminster (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the 16th. day of June 1794 Jane
Girdler< no role > , Singlewoman was removed and conveyed from
and out of the parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
within the said Liberty of Westminster in the said
County of Middlesex to the said parish of Saint Mary
Lambeth in the said County of Surrey as her last
legal settlement Whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore Appeal
against the said Order and humbly pray
relief in the premises And that your
Worships will be pleased to respite the
hearing and determining this their
appeal until the next General Session
of the peace

And Your Petitioners shall ever
pray Etc
