Whereas At Joseph Burchell< no role > Treasr .
of this County Laid before his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for this County now
here in open Session of the peace Assembled
for their allowance thereof An Account.
of Money by him reimbursed for the
Subsistence of diver families of Militia
[..] this Substitutes for Militia
Men pursuance to the Statute in such
Care Lately made and Provided,and
which Account is [..] as follows
and the same having been allowed by
the Justices aforesaid. These are
therefore in Pursuance of the Statute
to require the overseer of the Poor
of the several Parishes in the said
Account mentioned (being the Parish
for which the Substitutes there is named [..]

forthwith to make good & pay to the sd
Joseph Burchell< no role > [..] our of the poor rates
of such parish Township's or places
the Monies by him so adojurned
