To his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex
in Session Assembled

Your Treasurer Reports

That the Treasury is again deficient
and himself a Creditor

That in February Session last
he laid before the Board an Account of Money
paid for the Subsistence of Families of Militia
Men and Submitted to the Court the Necessity of
Considering the mode of enforceing the reimbursen
ment to the County but not having received any
intimation from the Court he presumes that the
Subject has escaped observation, this circumstance
is again mentioned lost the County Should suffer
by a day

That Several Countries are indebted
to Middlesex on the Militia Account Suny
is debited for £250the Treasurer of which
complains the County has no money and wants
to borrow

That the Disbursement for one
Year Ending April 1794 amounts to £10000

Your Treasurer begs leave to submit
to the Court that in order to avoid inconvenience
it may be necessary to make a Rate
