At the General Quarter Session of the peace of
our Lord the King holden in and for the
County of Middlesex at the Session for the said
County on Monday the thirteenth day of
January in the thirty fourth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third
by the Grace of God King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that John Whitehead< no role > the elder have
Notice of this Petition and that he all persons concerned
do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid on
Thursday the sixteenth day of January instant at the
Hour of Nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear
and abide the Judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the Matter of the said Petition
