sufficient ability and competent circumstances to Maintain
and provide for his said Son the said John Whitehead< no role > the
Younger Yet he hath not contributed thereto altho' he hath
been often requested by Your Petitioners so to do, but hath
wholly neglected and refused to allow any thing in respect thereof whereby Your Petitioners
conceive themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioner therefore humbly
pray your Worships to make
such Order on the said John
Whitehead
< no role > the elder for the relief
of your Petitioners in the premises
as in your Wisdom and Judgment
shall seem meet and that
your Worships will be pleased
to appoint same in this present
Session for the hearing and
determining the Matter of this their
saidPetitcon
