of Saint Dunstan Stepney otherwise Stebenheath
in the County of Middlesex

Maketh Oath
and Saith that he this Deponent was Indicted in
October Session last And this Deponent saith that he intended
to Serve a Notice of Trial on the above named prosecutor
in order To Try the Traverse of this prosecution But
he this Deponent couldfornot find out the above named
Prosecutors residence in Order to serve him with a Notice
of Tryal he the prosecutor being an Inter's Stranger
to this Deponent And this Deponent further Saith
that he has made Several Inquiry's of several
people whom he thought knew the said Prosecutor
and his residence But they could give no Intelligence
to this Deponent of the said Prosecutor William Phillips< no role >
or his Residence And this Deponent Begs that thesaid
recognizance of this Deponent may be respited
to the next Sessions
