To the Worshipsful his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex at their Quarter
Sessions of the Peace in and for the said County Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary abbotts
Kensington in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by an Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals
of Wm. Tyler< no role > and Willm. Jones< no role > Esqr. two of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace Acting in and for the City and Liberty of Westmr. in the said County (One hereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the fourth day of September
last Henrietta White< no role > the Daughter of William White< no role > by Jane < no role >
his Wife, both deceased, was Removed from the Parish of
St. James Westminster in the County of Middlesex to the
said Parish of Kensington as the place of her last legal
Settlement.

That Your Petitioners conceive themselves Aggrieved
by the said Order, and do Appeal against the same.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray that
a Day may be Appointed of this present Session
to hear and determine the said Appeal, and
that all Parties concerned may them and
their Attend.

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
