The Defendt, is the Husband of the Prosecution
and some unhappy Difference having arisen
between them she on the first Day of Septr.
last obtained a Peace Warrant from Bow Street
to which he gave BailThe Prosecutrix in
the Course of last Sessions Exhibited Articles
of the Peace against the Defendt, her Husband
for the Assault Stated in the Warrant before
Mentioned but no Bench Warrant has yet
been obtainedOn the 17th. Day of September
last Defendt, and his Wife in order to Settle
this Dispute agreed to a Separation which
was to put an End to and be a Discharge to the
farmer Quarrel in Consequence such Deed of
Separation was July executed and it is
presumed will serve as a general Release
and full discharge to the Articles above
mentined tobe exhibited against Deft
the Trustee therein named on the Part of
the Prosecution having the App. Davit
hereto annexed you will please to move as
Instructed on the Back.
