Surveyor Maketh Oath and Saith that he did on Wednesday
the thirtieth Day of October last take a Survey of the Lane
called Duvalls Lane in the Indictment in this Cause
mentioned and that the upper part thereof is not Sufficiently
repaired neither are the narrow places widened
