Stebonheath Carpenter for a certain Misdemeanour in
unlawfully having in his Custody Possession and Keeping
divers Naval Stores marked with the mark usually used to
and marked upon such like Naval Stores of our Lord the King
Vizt. Six New Iron deck Nails each and every of them being
marked with the Broad arrow; He the said William

with the principal Officers or commissioners of our said Lord the
King of the Navy Ordnance or Victuallers for the use of our said
Lord the King, or employed by any contractor with them to
make any Stores of War whatsoever, cont to the Statute:On
