To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex at the next General
Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles
without Cripplegate London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of Rup: Clarke< no role > and J. Floud Esquires Two of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the Twenty ninth
day of August One Thousand seven hundred and Ninety
Three Ann Howard< no role > , Mary Howard< no role > , George Howard< no role > and
William Howard< no role > her Three Children were removed from
the Parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell in the County of
Middlesex to the Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate
London as the place of her last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or Order and humbly Appeal
against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that
your Worships will be pleased to appoint a Day
of this present Sessions That all Parties may
Attend to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of this Court touching the said
Appeal

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
