Take notice that I the above named Defendant
will personally be and appear at the next General Quarter
Session of the peace to be held at the new Session house
on Clerkenwell Green in and for thethesaid County
on Monday the ninth dy of September instant at
nine of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day
and then there Try my Traverse to the Bill of indictment
preferred by you against me for an Assault
Dated the 2d day of September 1793.
