Maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent did on Saturday
the tenth day of [..] August One thousand seven hundred
and ninety three on board of his Majestys Sloop of Warr
Trimmer then lying at Spithead in the County of Southampton
personally serve Mr. William Joseph Davis the above named
prosecuter with a true Copy of the Notice of Tryal hereunto
annexed And further saith that the said Notice of Tryal
hath not been Countermanded to the best of this Deponents
knowledge and belief
