Estimate for upairing the plaistering, washing, stopping
& [..] ting the several Walls, Writings, & partitions not
paper'd for [..] for Coloring the Stacis [..] of Hall as
tow at the Impost to the Apches; for repairing the
broken [..] mouldings, & onrichments & whiting the same,
for Lime whiting the maked Walls of the Basement Story,
for painting the inside wood & Ironwork twice in oil
for painting the Stuees of [..] Vestible; Corridores; Hall
at high as the Impost of Arches best Stairs, Stairs
passage behind Court, Committee & Grand Jury
Rooms Indictment Offices & passages; four times in
Oil the Work on the Great room to be in flat Colors;
to clear & oil the Wainset [..] Sasties, fix'd dishs & Tables ,
where wanted; to paint the Outside Wood & Ironwork
thrice in Oil, for erecting seaffolds for per forming the
said Works; for fitting & rehanging Shutts, Sashes, &
Doors repairing Wainscot cleaning repairing Locks
[..] quering Furniture & Sundry Incidents;

For preventing the Draft of Air at the Ends of Great
Room its propos'd to Erect Lobbys on the Landings
of both Staircases with Baize Doors & Steel Springs
