Deponent did on Friday the twenty first day of June
Instant Serve a Copy of the Notice hereto Annexed on Mr
Thomas Cook< no role > the Prosecutor by leaving the Same with Mr.
Robert Cribb< no role > his Master at his house in Holborn and did also
at the same time personally Serve the said Robert Cribb
whose Name appears on the back of the Indictment with
another true Copy thereof and this Deponent did also serve a
third Copy thereof on Mr. Pellat the Prosecutor Solicitor by
putting the same through the Door of his Chambers at No in Grays
Inn Square in the County of Middlsex
