These are certify that william John Chambers< no role > of
Love lane in the parish of St Paul Shadwell in the
said County Gentleman came this day before us two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
said County at the Public Office Lambeth Street
Goodman's fields and did then and there take the
oaths of allegiance and supremacy and also the
oath for the due executing of such office as he shall
be appointed to execute relating to his Majestys's
duties arising by the Excise
