To the Worshipful his majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex at their Quarter
Session of the Peace in and for the said County Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the ChurchWardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary Abbotts
Kensington in the County of Middlesex .

That by an Order of Removal under the Stands and
Seals of Rupert Clarke< no role > and I. FloudSplend Esquires two of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace Acting in and for the said County
(one Whereof being of the Quorum bearing date the first day of
May last Ann Warner< no role > and here two Children Vitzt. Mary Ann< no role > Aged
one Year and William< no role > aged One Month were Removed from the
Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex
to the Said Parish of Saint mary Abbotts kensington as the
Place of their last legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners conceives themselves Aggrieved by
the said Order and do Appeal against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that
a Day may be Appointed o this present Session
to hear and determine the Matter of the said
Appeal and that all Parties concerned may
then Attend.

And Your Petitoners shall ever Pray Etc.
