It is Ordered that the within Petition and Appeal
be received and that Patrick Colquhoun< no role > Esqr . and Daniel
William< no role > Esqr . have Notice hereof And that they and all
Parties concerned do Attend the Court here on Thursday
next being the thirtieth day of May Instant at the
hour of Nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear
and abide the Judgement and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal
