Middlesex this 30th. day of March
1793

Who upon his Oath Saith That he hath
been informed and verily believes he was born
in a House then and now called a known by the
Name or sign of the White Swan in the Parish
of SaintMargaret Westminster Martin in the Fields in the said
County of Middlesex , and that he is of the Age
of about 14 Years That he hath not done
any Act whereby to gain a legal Settlement
in his own right in any Parish or place
