The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Martin in the
Fields
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County
of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Peals of

Two of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the County of Middlesex
(One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the 30th Day of March 1793

was removed and conveyed from and
out of the Parish of Saint Mary Islington
in the County of Middlesex
to
the said Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
as the place of her last
legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be
aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this Court
against the Adjudication of the said Two Justices and
their said Order and pray that the said Appeal may
be saved unto them and that your Worships will be
pleased to appoint a Day to hear and determine the
said Appeal
And your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc
