The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Walthamstow in the County of Essex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or order under the hands and Seals
of P. Colquhoun and John Spiller< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the twenty third day of February last Lydia
Hardcourt< no role > Single Woman was removed and Conveyed from and out of
the Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Walthamstow as the place of her last legal
Settlement Whereby your Petitioners are as they Conceived aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this
this Court against the Adjudication of the said two
Justices and their said order and pray that your
Worships will be pleased to appoint a day in this
present Session for the hearing and determining
their said Appeal.
