Session-House, Clerkenwell-Green .
11th March, 1793.

You were bound to Appear and Prosecute William Ellis< no role >
at October
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, but not
appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and will be
estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence Execution
will proceed for the leveying 20 Pounds on your Goods
and Chattels unless care be taken to stop Proceedings, by an
Application for a Respite at the next Session, which will be held
at the Session House aforesaid on TUESDAY, the Ninth day of
April next.

Be there between the Hours of Ten and
Three, and bring this Letter with you
or apply at my Office in the mean time.}
