It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal
Between William Stephenson< no role > an Apprentice to Andrew Gilchrist< no role > , Appellant and the
said Andrew Gilchrist< no role > Respondent, Do at the request of the said Andrew Gilchrist< no role >
stand adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for this
County and on notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the said William
Stephenson< no role > He and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House
aforesaid on Thursday the Eleventh day of April next at the hour of nine in the
forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the judgement and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal.
