William Weaver< no role > the person who had taken upon himself the execution of
the Office of Head borough of the Parish of Saint John Clerkenwell having
attended the Court pursuant to their Order laid before the Court the following
Certificate (Vizt)

Which being read and the several parties attending the Court and it
being admitted. That the said Wm Weaver does not reside within the
Parish of Saint John Clerkenwell for which district he was appointed to
were the Office of Headborough

Resolved that it is the Opinion of this Court Without entering into any
part of the said Charge [..] wheel Respects his Residence That he the said
Wm Weaver< no role > not residing within the said District of saint John for which
he was so appointed Headborough is ineligible to that Office and is thereby
discharged therefrom

Adjorned to Saturday the 14th
