All Riots & Tumults and all other proceedings
which may tend to disturb the Patrick Place
I that they do their Endeavors to discover the
Authors & Printers of all Seditions and Leadllous
Writings and any Psons who Shall dispose
the same & that they do from time & time
given Information of the Magistratesofin their
several Divisions of such persons as pay
be found offending in any of the Premisses
aforesaid
