(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the sixteenth

was removed and
conveyed from the Liberty of Saffron Hill
Hatton
Garden
and Ely Rents in the

Andrew Holborn in the said County to the said Parish
of Saint James at Clerkenwell
as the place of her last
legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners think
themselves aggrieved and Appeal to this Court against
the same:
Your Petitioners therefore Humbly

time for hearing and determining the said
Appeal and that all Persons concerned
