and the Name and place of abode of the Owner thereof according to
the Information of the Person pawning or Pledging the same according
to the statute in Such case made and provided But that your
Petitioner (as therein also alledged) then and there wholly neglected
to make such Entry as aforesaid contrary to the Statute in such
Case made and provided and the said Justice did adjudge your
Petitioner to pay and forfeit for the Offence supposed to be committed
by Your Petitioner the Sum of Ten Pounds

That Your Petitioner thinks himself aggrieved by the
Judgement of the said Justice and therefore

at this Present General Session of the Peace against the
Judgement of the said Justice and doth pray such Relief
in the Premises as to your Worships shall seem
meet.
