in a about the begining of the month of March last [..]
became Back by Recognizance for the appearance
of the said Edward Eashaw< no role >

next Session of the peace for the said County did [..]
Deponent further saith that the said Edward Easham
Pickering hath since been committed a prison for
Debt to Newgate and hath since that been removed
and is now a Prisoners in the Custody of the Warden
of this Majesty's Prison of the Fleet
and by virtue [..]
such the imprisonment of the said Edward Easton

this Deponent hath been prosecutor from
our endering [mark] him and there the Recognizance
of this Deponent hath [..] porpented did this
Deponent humbly hopes that this Hannah Court
