OFFICE OF CLERK OF THE PEACE,
Session-House, Clerkenwell -Greens,
6th October, 1791.

Mr. Turnbridge

YOU were bound to Appearance of James Murrey< no role >
at June
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, but
not appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited;
and will be estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from
whence Execution will proceed for the levying 20
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels unless care be taken
to Stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at
the next Session, which will be held at the Session-House
aforesaid on MONDAY the Twenty-fourth Day of October
Instant,

Be there between the Hours of Ten and
Three, and bring this Letter with you,
or apply at my Office in the mean time.}
