Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Fourteenth Day of April in the
Thirty first Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal
of Richard Holbrook< no role > of the parish of Saint Pancras in the said County of Middlesex
Builder against an Order of the Commissioners or Committees of the Parish of Saint
James Westminster under and by virtue of a certain Act of Parliament made
and passed in the Thirtieth Year of the Reign of his present Majesty Intituled
"An Act to alter explain amend and render more effectual several Acts made
"for Paving Cleansing and Lighting the Squares Streets Lanes and other Places
"within the City and Liberty of Westminster and parts adjacent and for putting
"certain Streets therein mentioned commonly called optional Streets under the
"management or Parochial Committees subject to the controul of the Commissioners
"appointed by or in pursuance of the said several Acts and for removing and
"preventing Nuisances Annoyances Obstructions and Incroachments in the said
"Streets and other places and for other purposes" which stood duly adjourned
until this day Do at the request of the said Richard Holbrook< no role > stand further
adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for this
county and on notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto Mr Luke Ideson< no role >
the Clerk to the said Commissioners he and alll persons concerned do attend the
Court at the Session House aforesaid on Thursday the twenty first day of July next
at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the
judgment and determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
