We the abovenamed Justices do Certify that the Old
Footway herein before mentioned and described was sold by
Mr. Charles Brown< no role > the within named Surveyor to the Revd. Mr.
Thomas Comyn< no role > and William Hornby< no role > Esqr. with our Approbation
for the Sum of five pounds Twelve Shillings which Sum we
do order the said Thomas Comyn< no role > and William Hornby< no role > Esqr.
to pay to the said Surveyor to be applied in purchasing the
right to way and stopping up the old Footway and making
the new Footway and if any Surplus remains We do order that
the same shall be applied for the use of the Highway within
the said Parish of Tottenham Given under our hands the
24th. Janry 1791.
